About Gridley

Gridley is an iOS and iPad app developed by Nikita Marchenko. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Using Gridley

You agree to use the app lawfully and in compliance with Instagram's policies.

Gridley lets you:

  • Preview and organise your Instagram grid.
  • Rearrange posts using drag and drop.
  • Crop and split images into grid layouts.
  • Plan content using a calendar view.
  • Schedule posts, Reels, and Stories.

Accounts & Personal Data

Registration is not required. You can use Gridley without an account or connect Instagram through the official API.

We never ask for or store your Instagram password. For convenience, we may store minimal public profile info such as your name and username.

When automatic posting becomes available, Gridley may store a secure access key (token) to publish content on your behalf. It is stored encrypted and used only for posting.

You can delete your account and data in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

  • Does not store your Instagram password.
  • May store minimal public profile info (name and username) for convenience.
  • Collects only anonymous analytics and crash reports for improvement purposes.
  • Any access key (token) for automatic posting is stored encrypted and used only for publishing (when the feature becomes available).

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions through the App Store.

  • Charges apply upon purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
  • Unused portions of a subscription period are not refunded upon upgrade.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
